Mark has been responsible for all aspects of Commercial Development and Real Estate Services.
With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University, Mr. Presswood has successfully applied the process and methodology skills of engineering and demonstrated a proven approach to the development and construction industry. The experiences with LaGrave Development and Innovative Developers, Inc. have offered him many challenges to learn, grow, and now share through his own company "Panther Real Estate Solutions."
Mark spent over twenty years in the computer industry with IBM, Sun Microsystems, and PRN. He was a highly recognized sales manager and sales executive in the transportation and telecommunications industry. As a director of Information Systems at Physician Reliance Network he was able to add the healthcare industry to his growing resume.
He currently serves as a Commissioner on the Fort Worth housing Authority and is the current Chairman on the City of Fort Worth's Development Advisory Council. He was formerly on the Board of Directors for the Downtown YMCA, Cassata High School, where he was a past chairman, and for the Fort Worth Chamber North Area Council where he was a past chairman. He has also served on several committees for the City of Fort Worth including Citizens Advisory Council for the Trinity River Vision, and the Mary's Creek Basin Water Recycling Center Site Selection Study Community Advisory Committee. He is currently serving on City of Fort Worth Citizen commitees that include the 2016 Budget Cycle, The near West Side Storm Water Initiatives, and the Master Thoroughfare Plan.
He shares his passions of baseball, dancing, and good wine with his lovely wife Pam, and their three kids. He has also authored two books on Minor League baseball and written two articles for the Texas Almanac. He currently holds an active Texas Real Estate Brokerage License.
